small world
Jan. 20th, 2004 11:45 amIt always surprises me to see people I didn't expect to see. Especially when they are completely out of context.
In other news:
Since we were working on the electricity yesterday the alarm clocks needed to be reset. Mine got set 12 hours off so that at 7 am the clock thought it was 7 pm, and I didn't get my alarm. I woke up with about 18 minutes before I needed to leave for work. Thankfully the hour I usually have in the morning is spent moving slowly and doing things that don't have to be done, so I did make it to work on time, thought I didn't shower and my socks don't really coordinate with my outfit. At least the socks are going to be remedied before I finish my lunch. Sure do like living so close to work. :)
In even more irrelevant news:
feebdaed and I were talking about possible future businesses I might open. I could open a sock store! Most of it would be manufactured socks, but we would sell hand made too. Plus there would be sock yarn and knitting/crochet findings for making socks and slippers. Isn't that the coolest idea for a shop ever?!? My crafty friends could sell their socks in my shop after they bought the supplies at my shop, and it would go full circle.
Funny ideas. :)
