artisanal_xaraFlipping to the last page to see how long the book is is always such a bad idea. Because the proper nouns always pop out and catch my eye. Then I accidentally read a phrase, a sentence, a paragraph. So now I'm 3/7 of the way through the book and I know who's going to end up dead and who's going to end up alive. Grrr.
However, at this rate I'll be done sometime tomorrow, so I won't have to be tortured with the unwanted knowledge too long. There's only one author I know of whose books I can read in 24-48 hours.
