artisanal_xaraAh! The wonderful thing I just learned. After 2 years of wishing there was an outside water spigot so I could attach a hose and water the plants...
Today while I was out on the porch I heard racket coming from downstairs. There is a maintainence guy down there cleaning off the porch. I guess the guy down there moved out. That would explain all the noise coming from his place recently. Anyway, so I notice he's using a water hose to spray the place down. Then I realize, He's using a water hose!!! Where, oh where, does he have it attached?? The utility closet door is open. So I open my utility closet. Holy Wow!!! There's a water spigot in there!
Now I just gotta get me a water hose. I wonder if any of our parents have a spare laying around. It'd only need to be a few feet long. The shorter the better, actually, since there's not that much space. I don't need anything fancy. (Though if it had a powerful spray nozzle we could knock down all those defunct wasp nests out there without having to climb a ladder to reach.)
