Earthlink Woes
Mar. 25th, 2002 02:51 pmNick at the Harrisburg office says that Earthlink is providing adequate service. All our problems are because of the websites, not Earthlink. It's of no relevance that we can get to the sites with modem.
I asked to speak to a supervisor. She's currently on the phone. She'll be happy to call me back sometime today. I guess we're not going out after all.
I've got stuff to do today, I don't have time to sit around all day and wait for Diedra to call me back.
GRRR!
Anyone out there who's looking or a new ISP, I Strongly suggest you stay away from Earthlink.

Date: 2002-03-25 04:23 pm (UTC)Now for a complete lack of options, the nearist Time Warner cable is about 2 miles away, our 'cable' comes over the 18" dish on the roof, so RoadRunner isn't even an option.
